Austrian jewelry started being mass produced around the 1940s and continue to be made to this day. The pieces are typically dimensional with lots of rhinestone and art glass use. The signature can be stamped onto the metal, sometimes on the pin, or applied via cartouche. Their pieces were higher in quality and came in silver plated, gold plated or japanned metal bases. Stones are typically prong set.
