Ciner
Ciner - 1931 - Present
Ciner’s older work tends to look like the real thing as the company was originally a manufacturer of fine jewelry. They switched their focus in 1931 to costume jewelry but probably only signed their work after the 2nd world war. Their earliest work (most of what they produced in the 30s) was crafted of sterling silver but these pieces are hard to come by. The faux pearls in vintage pieces are from Japan and have a special glaze that simulates the look of real pearls.

Signature Look
Ciner jewelry is usually in gold-tone metal that has tiny rows of rhinestones. They often use fine, real-looking imitation pearls and often include tiny turquoise-colored beads.
